Export Control Repeal Order 2011

This Order repeals the Export Control (Export of Live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia) Order 2011 and Export Control (Protection of Animal Welfare) Order 2011. This allows a resumption of exports of live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia where they meet the legislative requirements under the Export Control Act 1982 and under the Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry Act 1997 (the AMLI Act).

I, JOSEPH WILLIAM LUDWIG, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make the following order under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations 1982.

1              Name of Order

                This Order is the Export Control Repeal Order 2011.

2              Commencement

                This Order commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Repeal

                The Export Control (Export of Live-stock to the Republic of Indonesia) Order 2011 and Export Control (Protection of Animal Welfare) Order 2011 are repealed.
