SLI 2011 No. 120 Regulations as made
These Regulations amend the Medicare Australia Regulations 1975 to prescribe functions of the Chief Executive Medicare. The Regulations also prescribe functions that the Minister of Human Services had previously directed the CEO of Medicare to perform. The Regulations also replace references to Medicare Australia and the Chief Executive Officer of Medicare Australia that are found in 28 other sets of Regulations and replaces these with references to the Department of Human Services and Chief Executive Medicare.
