Prudential standard APS 150 Capital Adequacy: Basel II Transition (Advanced ADIs)

Banking Act 1959

I, Charles Watts Littrell, a delegate of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, under subsection 11AF(3) of the Banking Act 1959 (the Act), REVOKE Prudential Standard APS 150 Capital Adequacy: Basel II Transition (Advanced ADIs) made by Banking (prudential standard) determination No. 12 of 2007.

This instrument takes effect on 30 June 2011.
