This instrument provides for Schedule 2 to the Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2) to commence on 1 July 2011, and means that the International Agreement on Social Security between Australia and the Czech Republic will commence on this date.

Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2)

I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, acting under paragraph 2(1)(c) of the Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2), fix 1 July 2011 as the day on which Schedule 2 to those Regulations commences.
