I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fair Work Act 2009.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Fair Work Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of Fair Work Regulations 2009

                Schedule 1 amends the Fair Work Regulations 2009.

A person engaged as an employee under subsection 19 (1) of the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011

The Director-General of the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID)

An AusAID or Australian Civilian Corps employee authorised by the Director-General of AusAID

(aa)         the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011;
