This Determination amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 of F2) Determination 2010 (No. PB 93 of 2010) to add one drug, omalizumab to the F1 formulary and also add another drug, risedronic acid and calcium to F2 following its removal from the combination drug list due to the listing of a second brand.

1              Name of Determination

         (1)   This Determination is the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2011(No.7).

         (2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 44 of 2011.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.

3              Amendment of National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010

                Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 (PB 93 of 2010).
