These Regulations amend the Parliamentary Entitlements Regulations 1997 to provide for the removal of the requirement for certain material produced under the printing and communications entitlement to contain a prescribed statement, allow additional passengers to travel with an Opposition Office Holder, Presiding Officer, or the leader of a minority party under the charter transport entitlement, and increase the annual amount of the charter transport entitlement for the leader of a minority party from 1 July 2011.
