This instrument revokes the adoption of five South Australia recovery plans, two Victorian plans and one Queensland plan and adopts three New South Wales plans, three Queensland plans, one South Australian plan, seven Victorian plans and eleven Western Australian plans, as recovery plans for listed threatened species.

Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans

 

I, CAROLYN WEISS CAMERON, Assistant Secretary, Approvals and Wildlife Division, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities:

 

(a)        pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 and subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby revoke the adoption of the following State recovery plans:

 

-          Bickerton, D. (1999). Recovery plan for Caladenia behrii (Pink-lipped Spider-orchid). Department for Environment and Heritage, South Australia;

The adopted recovery plans will come into force on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 

 

The revoking of the adoption of the recovery plans, specified in paragraph (a) of this instrument, will take effect on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
