These Regulations amend an ommission by adding item 2702 (preparation of a 'General Practice Mental Health Treatment Plan') which was added to the tables in the General Medical Services Table Regulations on 1 January 2010, but in an oversight was not simultaneously listed in Schedule 6 to the Principal Regulations.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Health Insurance Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 January 2010.

3              Amendment of Health Insurance Regulations 1975

                Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance Regulations 1975.
