These Rules amend the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Rules Instrument 2007 (No. 1) (AML/CTF Rules), in particular the definitions of ‘certified copy’ and ‘certified extract’ in Chapter 1, the provisions of Chapter 17 relating to the reportable details for international funds transfer instructions and adds Chapter 49 relating to International Uniform Give-Up Agreements and Chapter 50 incorporating an exemption from the applicable customer identification procedure relating to pre-commencement customers within the context of a designated business group (DBG).
