This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003. The Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Fees Act 1994 was repealed by the Offshore Petroleum (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Act 2006 however this instrument remains in force in clause 2 of schedule 1 of the Offshore Petroleum (Annual Fees) Act 2006.
