Regulations as amended, taking into account amendments up to National Trade Measurement Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1)

These Regulations assist in the establishment of a Commonwealth system of trade measurement that replicates or substantially corresponds to, the existing State and Territory Uniform Trade Measurement Law (the UTML). The Regulations differ from the UTML in how they regulate discrepancies between the quantity of goods stated on a package and the actual quantity of goods in that package.
