These Regulations amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 (FMA Regulations) by updating note 2 to regulation 9 to add the word economical to the definition of proper use to reflect a change to section 44 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, adding the Australian National Preventive Health Agency (ANPHA) that will commence on 1 January 2011 to Schedule 1 to the FMA Regulations, update regulation 15 to reflect the recent legislative change to paid parental leave under the Paid Parental Leave Act 2010 that will commence on 1 January 2011, consolidating regulations 15 and 16 into a single regulation 15, clarifying regulation 19 by dividing this regulation into two regulations, and making other minor amendments to the FMA Regulations.
