I, PENNY WONG, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, make this Determination under subsection 20 (3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2010/13 – Abolition of Inactive Special Accounts 2010.
2 Commencement
This Determination will commence upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Abolition
The Special Accounts specified in Schedule 1 are abolished.
The Special Accounts specified in Schedule 2 are abolished with effect from the time at which the balances of the appropriations for these Special Accounts reach zero.
The Special Account specified in Schedule 3 is abolished with effect from the time at which the balance of the appropriation for this Special Account reaches zero and the Services for Other Entities and Trust Moneys – Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs Special Account has been established.
