Saving: Despite the omission of the Schedule 3 by paragraph 26, the documents in that Schedule entitled “RAP National Schedule of Equipment” and “Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) National Guidelines” in force on 1 September 2008 remain incorporated in the MRCA Treatment Principles until 1 September 2010.
