R7/2010 Principles as made
This instrument varies the Treatment Principles (No. R8 of 2004) to give treatment providers 5 years instead of 6 months to lodge claims, remove the need for dental treatment for veterans and veterans' dependants to have the Repatriation Commission's prior approval (except where specified), authorise payments of fees for treatment providers, and update references in the Treatment Principles to incorporated documents.
Administered by: Veterans' Affairs
General Comments: Saving: Despite the omission of the Schedule 3 by paragraph 26, the documents in that Schedule entitled “RAP National Schedule of Equipment” and “Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) National Guidelines” in force on 1 September 2008 remain incorporated in the Treatment Principles until 1 November 2010.
