Commencement (Agreement between Australia and Poland on Social Security) Instrument 2010

This instrument provides for Schedule 1 to the Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1) to commence on 1 October 2010. This means that the International Agreement on Social Security between Australia and Poland will commence on this date.

Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1)

I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, acting under paragraph 2(1)(b) of the Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1), fix 1 October 2010 as the day on which Schedule 1 to those Regulations commences.
