This Determination varies and abolishes the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service Account, which was established on 31 December 1997 by the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 1997/01 - Initial Determination to Establish Components of the Reserved Money Fund (31/12/1997).

General Comments: The Australian Quarantine Inspection Service Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:
(a) Schedule 1 has taken effect; and
(b) the balance of the appropriation for the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service Account reaches zero.
Exempt from sunsetting by the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(6), Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(7)
