The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination under section 11 of Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005.

  1. This Determination may be cited as 2010 WTBF TACC D1.

 

Commencement

  1. This Determination commences on 1 July 2010.

 

Interpretation

 

  1. A term used in this Determination takes the meaning given to it in the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005

Determination of Total Allowable Commercial Catch

  1. The Total Allowable Commercial Catches for quota species in the Western Tuna and Billfish Fishery for the 2010/11 Fishing Year (1 July 2010 to 31 January 2012) are:

Bigeye Tuna

3,150 tonnes

Broadbill Swordfish

4,750 tonnes

Striped Marlin

200 tonnes

Yellowfin Tuna

7,900 tonnes
