These Principles revoke and replace the Health Insurance (Eligible Collection Centres) Approval Principles 2008 to remove the restrictions on the number of approvals of eligible collection centres that may be granted to an approved pathology authority.

General Comments: Transitional These Principles shall apply in relation to any application for an approval pertaining to a period from 1 July 2010 that is lodged prior to 1 July 2010.

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and do not have the title on the spine. Different binding options are available at an additional cost, these options can be selected below. The drilling option provides either the standard 4 hole pattern on A4 size copies or the legal 4 hole pattern on B5 size copies.
