These Regulations amend the Fair Work Regulations 2009 to enable State or Territory Service Managers of Fair Work Australia to exercise powers under delegation from the President and General Manager of Fair Work Australia.

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fair Work Act 2009.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Fair Work Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of Fair Work Regulations 2009

                Schedule 1 amends the Fair Work Regulations 2009.

                For paragraph 625 (3) (c) of the Act, each class of employees of FWA set out in the following table is prescribed.
