Corporations Act 2001 — Subparagraphs 912A(2)(b)(i) and 1017G(2)(b)(i) — Variation

Enabling legislation

1.      The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument for the purposes of subparagraphs 912A(2)(b)(i) and 1017G(2)(b)(i) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Title

2.      This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 10/246].

Commencement

3.      This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Variation

 

4.       ASIC Class Order [CO 09/340] is varied as follows:

 

(a)     in subparagraph 4(b) omit the semi-colon, substitute a full stop; and

 

(b)     omit subparagraph 4(c).
