I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Crimes Act 1914.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Crimes Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of Crimes Regulations 1990

                Schedule 1 amends the Crimes Regulations 1990.

7A           Exclusions from Divisions 2 and 3 of Part VIIC of Act (Act s 85ZZGB, 85ZZGC and 85ZZGD)

                For sections 85ZZGB, 85ZZGC and 85ZZGD of the Act, each law mentioned in an item in the following table is prescribed for each person or body mentioned in the item.
