This Specification amends the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits - Early Supply) - specification under subsection 84AAA(2) Instrument 2009 (No. PB 30 of 2009) to amend the list of pharmaceutical benefits that can be resupplied within 20 days of a previous supply of the same pharmaceutical benefit to the same person.

Amendment determination — Pharmaceutical Benefits - Early Supply

 

 

1          Name of Instrument

 

(1)           This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment April 2010 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).

 

(2)           This Instrument may also be cited as “No. PB 28 of 2010”.


 

2          Commencement

 

This Instrument commences on 1 April 2010.

 

 

3          Amendment of PB 30 of 2009

 

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Instrument 2009, PB 30 of 2009.
