The Declaration of National Land published in Gazette S76 on 2 March 1989, in respect of the former Royal Australian Air Force Transmitter Station Site - Gungahlin and Canberra Central Division, was revoked by the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988 - Revocation of Declaration of National Land - former Royal Australian Air Force Transmitter Station Site - Gungahlin and Canberra Central Division - February 2010 with effect from 25 February 2010.
