Instrument of Revocation (No. 1) 2009
I, stephen michael conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, make this instrument of revocation under the provisions of the Acts that are specified in Columns 1 and 2 of the Table in the Schedule to this instrument.

1 Name of instrument
This instrument is the Communications (Redundant Regulation) Instrument of Revocation (No. 1) 2009.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Definitions
In this instrument:
ACMA Act means the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005.
BSA means the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Consumer Protection Act means the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999.
Radcomms Act means the Radiocommunications Act 1992.
Telstra Act means the Telstra Corporation Act 1991.
TPA means the Trade Practices Act 1974.
4 Revocation
The instruments specified in Column 3 of the Table in the Schedule to this instrument are revoked.
5 Expiry
This instrument expires on the day after it commences.
