This instrument extends the exemption provided for in the existing instrument whereby ADIs that hold FMDs are exempted from the requirement to report FMDs in their statement of unclaimed moneys to the Treasurer under subsection 69(3) of the Banking Act 1959 and replaces the existing Banking exemption No. 1 of 2008.
