        (3)  The entitlement must only be used for parliamentary or electorate purposes, and must not be used for:
               (a)   party business; or
              (b)   commercial purposes.

        (6)  All material printed under the entitlement (including flat magnetised material), other than:
               (a)   personalised letterhead stationery; and
              (b)   a greeting card that acknowledges events such as the following:
                         (i)   Christmas or another religious occasion;
                        (ii)   New Year;
                        (iii)   a birthday or other anniversary;
                       (iv)   the birth of a child;
                        (v)   success in education or training;
                       (vi)   bereavement; and          Â
               (c)   envelopes for the purpose of paragraph (b);
must include 1 of the following statements:
                       This material has been produced at Australian Government expense by [insert name of member].
                       This material has been produced by [insert name of member] using [his or her] printing and communications entitlement.
        (7)  A statement mentioned in subregulation (6) must be written:
               (a)   in English; and
              (b)   legibly; and
               (c)   in a minimum font size of 8 point.
     (7A)  A statement mentioned in subregulation (6) is required only to be displayed once on the material, on the inside or outside of:
               (a)   the front page of the material; or
              (b)   the back page of the material; or
               (c)   the front cover of the material; or
              (d)   the back cover of the material.

      (11)  In this regulation:
party business:
               (a)   means the production, communication or distribution of material that:
                         (i)   is, or contains, how-to-vote material; or
                        (ii)   solicits subscriptions or other financial support for a member, political party or candidate; and
              (b)   does not include the production, communication or distribution of a postal vote application mentioned in subregulation (10).
personalised letterhead stationery means letterhead paper, envelopes, compliments slips and business cards for a member to which text or other material may then be added for the member’s purposes.
