1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 7).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 1 January 2010.

3              Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

                Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

Australian National Preventive Health Agency (the ANPHA), comprising:

   (a)  the Chief Executive Officer of the ANPHA appointed under section 14 of the Australian National Preventive Health Agency Act 2009; and

Chief Executive Officer

 

   (b)  the staff mentioned in section 25 of that Act; and

   (c)  persons made available to the Chief Executive Officer under section 26 of that Act; and

 

 

   (d)  consultants engaged under section 27 of that Act; and

   (e)  members of the Advisory Council mentioned in section 29 of that Act; and

 

 

   (f)  persons who constitute a committee mentioned in section 42 of that Act

Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (the ASADA), comprising:

   (a)  the Chief Executive Officer of the ASADA appointed under section 24A of the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Act 2006; and

   (c)  persons assisting the Chief Executive Officer under section 24M of that Act; and

 

 

   (d)  members of advisory committees mentioned in section 24P of that Act; and

   (e)  members of the Advisory Group of the ASADA appointed under section 27 of that Act; and

 

 

   (f)  members of the Anti-Doping Rule Violation Panel appointed under section 43 of that Act
