1              Name of Rules

                These Rules are the Federal Magistrates Court (Bankruptcy) Amendment Rules 2009 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Rules commence on 30 November 2009.

3              Amendment of Federal Magistrates Court (Bankruptcy) Rules 2006
