These Regulations amend the National Health Regulations 1954 to prescribe "dressings, bandages, padding and ancillary items" for the purposes of paragraph 9A(1)(a) of the National Health Act 1953 to allow the Minister on behalf of the Commonwealth to make arrangements for the supply of items to persons under the proposed National Epidermolysis Bullosa Dressing Scheme.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the National Health Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of National Health Regulations 1954

                Schedule 1 amends the National Health Regulations 1954.
