This Determination amends National Health Act 1953 - Determination under section 84AH - exempt items (No. PB 58 of 2007) by determining under section 84AH that the ‘Oral liquid 50 mg per mL, 100 mL’ form of the listed drug Clozapine, which is to be taken orally, is an exempt item.
