Fourth Amendment of the Superannuation (PSSAP) Trust Deed

This Deed amends the Superannuation (PSSAP) Trust Deed to make minor amendments as a consequence of the Fair Work Act 2009 and related legislation. It also makes amendments to allow ARIA to receive superannuation co-contributions for members who have ceased contributory membership, where the co-contributions relate to a period where the person was a contributory member.
