Commencement (Agreement between Australia and Finland on Social Security) Instrument 2009

This instrument provides for Schedule 1 to the Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 2) to commence on 1 July 2009. This means that the International Agreement on Social Security between Australia and Finland will commence on this date.

Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 2)

I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, acting under paragraph 2(1)(b) of the Social Security (International Agreements) Act 1999 Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 2), fix 1 July 2009 as the day on which Schedule 1 to those Regulations commences.
