This Determination abolishes the Department of Defence Services for other Governments and Non-Agency Bodies Account and the Other Trust Moneys Account, which were established on 1 January 1998 by Financial Management Accountability Determination 1997/01.

Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2009/14 – Special Accounts Abolition 2009

I, LINDSAY TANNER, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, make this determination under subsection 20(3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of determination

                This determination is the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2009/14 – Special Accounts Abolition 2009.

2              Commencement

                This determination will commence upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3              Abolition

                Each Special Account specified in Schedule 1 is abolished from the time at which the balance of that Special Account reaches zero.
