Enabling legislation

1.      The Australian Securities and Investments Commission makes this instrument under subparagraphs 912A(2)(b)(i) and 1017G(2)(b)(i) of the Corporations Act 2001.


2.      This instrument is ASIC Class Order [CO 09/393].


3.      This instrument commences on the date it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

4.            ASIC Class Order [CO 09/340] is varied by, in subparagraph 4(a), omitting “FOS Services Pty Ltd ACN 114 322 468;” and substituting “Financial Ombudsman Service Limited ACN 131 124 448;”.
