I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 3).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence as follows:
(a) on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b) on the commencement of Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Disability Discrimination and Other Human Rights Legislation Amendment Act 2009 — Schedule 2.
3 Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997
Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
