Revocation of the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines - January 2005

 

 

I, LINDSAY TANNER, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, pursuant to sub-section 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines - January 2005 made on 1 December 2004 under Regulation 7 of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

 

This revocation takes effect on the earlier of:

 

(a) the date of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instrument of the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines - December 2008; or,

(b) the date of registration of this revocation instrument on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
