Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2009/01 – Young Endeavour Youth Program Operating Fund Account Variation and Abolition 2009

This Determination varies the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 - Initial Determination to Establish Components of the Reserved Money Fund (31/12/1997) and sets out the conditions under which the Young Endeavour Youth Program Operating Fund Account will be abolished.

General Comments: This Determination takes effect on the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997).

The Young Endeavour Youth Program Operating Fund Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:
(a) Schedule 1 has taken effect; and
(b) the balance of the appropriation for the Young Endeavour Youth Program Operating Fund Account reaches zero.
Exempt from sunsetting by the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(6), Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(7)
