This Determination amends the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2007/21 - Northern Territory Flexible Funding Pool Special Account Establishment 2007 to broaden the range of activities funded through the flexible funding pool scheme.

(a) the day on which subsection 22 (4) of the FMA Act is complied with; or
(b) 1 March 2009.
