This compilation was prepared on 10 February 2009 taking into account variations up to and including the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act National Land Transport Network 2005 (No. 1) Variation 3.

1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act National Land Transport Network Determination 2005 (No.1).

2              Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after registration.

3              Determination

(1) A National Land Transport Network is determined.

(2) The National Land Transport Network consists of the following:

(a) the existing and proposed roads listed in Schedule 1; and

(b) the existing and proposed railways listed in Schedule 2.
