Excise By-Law No. 114
I, Peter William English, delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of Customs, pursuant to section 165 of the Excise Act 1901, hereby prescribe the fields of Cossack and Wanaea as fields for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of ‘exempt offshore field’ in section 3 of the Excise Tariff Act 1921.
This by-law shall take effect on and from 15 November 1995 in respect of Cossack and Wanaea, on and from 20 October 1997 in respect of Lambert/Hermes, on and from 30 April 2001 in respect of Legendre/Legendre South, and on and from 2 October 2008 in respect of Angel.
