This instrument declares that persons who, without receiving any remuneration, provide services to the at the Chief Fire Control Officer or the Director, ACT Emergency Service shall be taken to be employed by the Australian Capital Territory for the purposes of the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
