Superannuation Act 1976 - Designated Employer Determination No. 3 (16/10/1990)

This instrument determines that the designated employer of a productivity employee referred to in paragraph (d) of the definition of "designated employer" in section 110A of the Superannuation Act 1976 is the person who pays the salary of that employee.
