I, stephen michael conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, having considered factors that are relevant to achieving objects of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999, make this instrument of revocation under section 15 of that Act.

This instrument is the Digital Data Service Provider Declaration Revocation 2008 (No. 1).

2               Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

The Digital Data Service Provider Declaration 1999 (No. 1) is revoked.
