Proclamation

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Lands Acquisition Legislation Amendment Act 2008, fix 3 September 2008 as the day on which Schedules 1 to 3 to that Act commence.
