1              Name of Declaration

                This Declaration is the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Amendment Declaration 2008 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Declaration commences on 1 July 2008.

3              Amendment of Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration 1995

                Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration 1995.

1.       This Declaration amends Statutory Rules 1995 No. 214, as amended by 1995 Nos. 230, 283 and 397; 1996 Nos. 94, 156 and 174; 1997 Nos. 213 and 229; 1998 No. 93; 1999 Nos. 36 and 264; 2000 No. 371; 2004 No. 232.
