Determination of total allowable catch

5.      The total allowable catches for the season in the Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery which commences on 1 July 2008 and which will end on 30 June 2009 are:

Target species: Patagonian toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides)

Bycatch Species

200 tonnes for all bycatch species combined with a 50 tonnes limit on any one species.
