These Regulations amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 to prescribe Old Parliament House under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act), to prescribe “relevant agency receipts” for purposes of section 31 of the FMA Act, to insert a definition of “dematerialised security” and to update a reference to the Minister for Home Affairs.

General Comments: Transitional On the commencement of Schedule 1, the Fraud Control Guidelines: (a) made under subregulation 19 (1) of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997; and (b) as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1; continue in force as Fraud Control Guidelines made under subregulation 19 (1) as amended by Schedule 1.
