ADR 81/02 Amdt 1 Standards/Australian Design Rules for Vehicles as made
This instrument amends Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 81/02 - Fuel Consumption Labelling for Light Vehicles) 2008 and prescribes the requirements for the measurement of vehicle fuel efficiency consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, and the design and application of fuel consumption labels to vehicles.

1          LEGISLATIVE PROVISIONS

 

1.1       NAME OF LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENT

 

1.1.1        This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 81/02 – Fuel Consumption Labelling for Light Vehicles) 2008 Amendment 1.

1.1.2        This instrument may also be cited as ADR 81/02 Amendment 1.

 

1.2       COMMENCEMENT

 

1.2.1        This instrument commences the day after it is registered.

 

2          AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

 

2.1.1        The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 81/02 – Fuel Consumption Labelling for Light Vehicles) 2008.
